The tectonic earthquakes tend to occur in areas where the concentration of forces generated by the limits of the tectonic plates give rise to movements of readjustment in the interior and in the Earth's surface. This is why the earthquakes or earthquakes of tectonic origin are intimately associated with the formation of geological faults.
